All products from The Embroidery Company are dispatched from our Brisbane, Australia facility. We provide a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 for orders delivered anywhere within Australia. Our shipping partner is AusPost, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Free shipping is available on orders over $100 within Australia. No need for discount codes; it’s automatically applied during checkout.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.
Returns Policy
